What are the legal documents do I get after the completion of payment for the apartment?

After completing payment for your apartment, you will be getting:A receipt of payment, contract of sale, an estate agreement & apartment covenant, deed of sub-lease and management agreement.
NOTE: Deed of sub-lease will be made available after completion of payments, receipt and contract of sale will be made available after initial deposit is made.

What is the total sqms of the apartments?

Studio Apartment- 27 SQM 1 Bedroom Apartment- 56 SQM2 Bedroom Apartment- 80 SQM

Is there a facility management agreement?

Yes and there are three different categories which are Management Agreement, Shortlet Agreement and Leasing Agreement.

Can I resell my property to a third party?

A purchaser can resell his/her property. However, Riveton should have the first right of purchase.

Is there any penalty on default of payment in installments?

Yes, there is. default in payment attracts an interest of 5% to the payment sum due. A continuous default for three (3) consecutive times gives the right to the vendor/company to institute an action in court for breach of contract.

Can I still get a refund after an outright payment has been made on the property?

Refunds can be processed after the apartment is sold. A 30% administrative fee will be applicable.

Can I pay Agents/Consultants?

Riveton homes and properties does not accept payments either by bank transfer, deposit, cheques, bank drafts, or cash through any realtor, consultant, or associate of the company. all payments should be made through the designated payment channels in favor of Riveton homes and properties. Riveton homes and properties shall not be liable for any loss due to failure to adhere strictly to these terms and conditions.
