FOUNDER'S MESSAGE

The CEO

Mr. Rilwan Owolabi Atiku is the man at the helm of affairs of RIVETON DEVELOPMENTS LTD (Riveton Homes and Properties). He holds a degree in Political Science and History from the famous University of Ghana and a Law degree (LLB) from the prestigious University of Birmingham, UK. In 2016, he qualified to be a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Upon being called to the Nigerian Bar, Rilwan worked as a legal practitioner in various law firms in Lagos with his area of concentration being land and property law. His background in law broadened his insight and deep knowledge of the nitty-gritty of the real estate industry in Nigeria. Prior to establishing Riveton, he worked for several years with Atican Nigeria Ltd, a well-known company in the Real Estate and Hospitality sector in Nigeria.
